At Arkray India, we strive to ensure you love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Arkray India account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with tags intact; our team will review your request and schedule a reverse pickup within 24-48 hours.

• 3.
  Handover Package

  Securely pack the items in the original packaging and hand them over to our logistics partner during the scheduled pickup window.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the returned item passes our quality warehouse check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
